1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the aajil platform, including the website at aajil.net, all associated mobile-optimized pages, the sports betting sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, fishing arcade games, and any other services offered by aajil (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an aajil account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, making a deposit, or using any aajil service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the aajil Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

aajil operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to Philippine online gaming. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting any rights granted to you under applicable Philippine law that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "aajil" means the operator of the Platform and all associated services accessible at aajil.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by you upon completion of the aajil registration process.
• "Balance" means the funds held in your aajil Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sabong available on the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service offered by aajil, including markets for PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, volleyball, and other sports events.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and the PAGCOR framework.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or in which aajil is not authorized to offer its services.
• "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or otherwise.

3 Eligibility

Use of the aajil Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed under PAGCOR regulations. aajil does not permit access to users under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of aajil or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the aajil Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the aajil Platform, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one aajil Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, accurate date of birth, and a functioning email address during registration. Aliases and pseudonyms are not permitted.
• KYC compliance: aajil may require you to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address documents before processing withdrawals or activating full account functionality. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Account security: You are responsible for setting a strong, unique password for your aajil Account and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Account updates: You must promptly notify aajil if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact information and payment methods.

5 Use of the Platform

The aajil Platform is provided for lawful, personal, recreational use only. By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of content.
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features, game integrity systems, or technical restrictions of the Platform.
• Not use the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or cooling-off period, whether initiated by you or by aajil.
• Accept that game outcomes on aajil are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, and by real-world sports results for sportsbook markets. aajil does not manipulate game or event outcomes.

aajil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for users who are found to be in breach of these Terms, engaging in suspicious activity, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of fair play.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

aajil supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated on a specific payment method's deposit page.
• Deposit processing: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your aajil Balance within 90 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the same account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or persons other than the registered account holder are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. These timeframes are subject to KYC verification status.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): aajil is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to monitor and report suspicious financial activity. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, or attempting to use the Platform to launder money, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law. aajil reserves the right to freeze account balances and report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Currency: All transactions on aajil are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless a specific alternative currency is stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

aajil may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, casino slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available once per eligible account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second account, or through any other form of circumvention, constitutes bonus abuse.
• aajil's discretion: aajil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or revoke a bonus from any account where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus wagering: Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum allowable single bet while wagering through a bonus is ₱500 per game round or bet slip. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may be voided.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the aajil Sportsbook and within aajil casino games are subject to the following rules:

• Finality of wagers: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the aajil system, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn except as expressly permitted under the applicable game or sport rules (e.g., cash-out features where offered).
• Odds and pricing: Sports betting odds displayed on the aajil Sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager. aajil reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed fault.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets on the aajil Sportsbook and may vary by sport, event, and market type. aajil reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits without prior notice in cases of suspected professional betting or abuse.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria have been met, bets may be voided and stakes returned. aajil's settlement decisions in these scenarios are final.
• Live betting: Live in-play bets on PBA, NBA, and other markets are subject to potential delays between action on the field or court and odds updates on the Platform. aajil reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed during a technical suspension period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aajil Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or similar tool to access, scrape, or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the sportsbook to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, poker tables (if applicable), or sportsbook results.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, insider betting, or the use of non-public information to gain a betting advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion or account suspension.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction through your bank or e-wallet provider after wagering the funds. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in the recovery of any winnings and permanent account closure.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
• Impersonating another person, submitting falsified KYC documentation, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to aajil.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the aajil Platform — including but not limited to the aajil name, logo, game graphics, sportsbook interface, software, text, images, audio, and video content — is the property of aajil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from aajil.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the aajil name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

11 Privacy & Data

aajil collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. The full details of how your data is used, stored, shared, and protected are set out in the aajil Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an aajil Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity and KYC verification processing in compliance with Philippine AML laws.
• Transaction monitoring for fraud detection and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Communication regarding your account, promotions, and platform updates (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings).

aajil does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is required for payment processing, KYC verification, game provision, and regulatory compliance.

12 Responsible Gaming

aajil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its users. The following provisions are an integral part of these Terms:

• Age restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. aajil actively enforces age verification and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• Self-exclusion: You may apply a self-exclusion at any time via your account settings or by contacting aajil support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion, you will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time controls: aajil provides optional session duration reminders to help you manage your time on the Platform.
• Reality check: The Platform may display notifications after extended gaming sessions reminding you of the time spent and amounts wagered.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, aajil's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your aajil Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aajil shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, goodwill, or data, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, internet outages, or events outside aajil's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters).
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider's software integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aajil's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following:

• Voluntary closure by you: You may request the closure of your aajil Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC compliance.
• Closure by aajil: aajil may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if your account is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.
• Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Balances held in closed accounts will be subject to a final review before release. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering progress.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aajil Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting aajil support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to the conduct of online gaming operations regulated under the PAGCOR framework, relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

16 Amendments to These Terms

aajil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aajil will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page at aajil.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
